STUDIO NEWS and UPDATES

June 2022

Lesson conclude for the studio year on June 15th...it has been a wonderful year!  I will be attending the WSMTA conference June 21st to the 26th in Longview WA at Lower Columbia College.  I am looking forward to the conference being in-person this year with lots of workshops and live music!

May 2022

Planning is beginning for summer lessons.   Check those music bags for more information!  Just a reminder to Monday students--no lessons on May 30 due to the Memorial Day Holiday.

April 2022

I hope everyone is enjoying the spring flowers popping up everywhere.  And just like the flowers, students are enjoying lots of new music "colors" in many new pieces.  Judging by the new books arriving at the studio for students, lots of musical growth is occurring!

March 2022

Just a reminder that the studio will be closed March 28 through April 1 so that I may attend the MTNA National Conference.  It will be a virtual event again this year due to the rise in COVID numbers.  The planned workshops, presentations, recitals and concerts look phenomenal again this year and I am excited to be able to attend this event.

February 2022

Thank you to everyone for your continued vigilance as we move into the flu season.  Masks are still required in the studio.  We have been fortunate that everyone is following Covid protocols and remaining healthy.  

January 2022

We are getting back into practice routines again after the holidays.  Please remember that for safety reasons students will be waiting inside until you arrive to pick them up after their lesson.

December 2021

I hope you are enjoying all the holiday music that students are playing this month!  The studio will be closed December 16 through January 2nd.  Lessons will resume January 3rd.  Happy Holidays to everyone!!

November 2021

Just a reminder that the studio will be closed on November 24 for the Thanksgiving holiday break.  Lessons resume on November 29th.

We will be enjoying some seasonal music this month...listen for those spooky sounds!  It is a real delight to see everyone back in the studio!!

There are no lessons September 28 and 29th. 
Lessons resume September 8th!!  Remember to bring your mask and all your books and supplies.

Just a reminder that there are no lessons this month this year due to a large number of family events for me...enjoy the Seattle sunshine!!!
